Local PlanLocal Plan
Local plans have been prepared by both Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Councils to conform to the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Structure Plan: North East Scotland Together (2001). These plans look forward to 2010 in some detail and contain indicative proposals for the period to 2015.
Work is progressing on the preparation of local development plans which will replace the current local plans.
