2008Strategic Development Plan Area Determination
The Scottish Ministers have today published their determination of Strategic Development Plan areas in Scotland.
The determination, published in Circular 3/2008, accepts the submission made by the Aberdeen City and Shire Strategic Development Planning Authority following consultation earlier in the year.
The Aberdeen City and Shire Strategic Development Plan area constitutes the administrative areas of Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Councils excepting that part of Aberdeenshire Council that formed part of the Cairngorms National Park on 11 November 2008.
