2009Post-Adoption Statement Published
A Post-Adoption Statement was published, and advertised in the Press and Journal, today following approval of the Aberdeen City and Shire Structure Plan 2009 on 14 August 2009. The statement sets out the key facts in relation to the approved plan and outlines the Strategic Environmental Assessment process that has been carried out in the preparation of the approved plan.
As required under Section 18 of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, the plan, environmental report and accompanying statement can be viewed on the Emerging Structure Plan webpage, inspected free of charge or obtained from the following address between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday:
