Upon submission of the Proposed Aberdeen City and Shire Strategic Development Plan to Scottish Ministers, two Reporters from the Directorate of Planning and Environmental Appeals (DPEA) have now been appointed to undertake the development plan examination.
The Proposed Plan was submitted to Scottish Ministers on 4 July 2013 after the SDPA on agreed upon the submission with no modifications.
The Proposed Plan will be examined in relation to conformity with the Strategic Development Planning Authority's (SDPA's) participation statement and all unresolved representations made to the Proposed Plan.
The timescale for examination is now in the hands of the Reporters and further information from the SDPA may be requested. The DPEA will make public all information and documents relating to the submission and examination process on the website below.
