The Scottish Parliament debated the Proposed National Planning Framework 3 this afternoon and agreed to the submission of four reports as its response to the Scottish Government.
The Proposed Framework (http://www.scotland.gov.uk/Resource/0044/00441850.pdf) was laid before the Scottish Parliament on 14 January 2014 for a period of 60 days scrutiny. This scrutiny was carried out by four committees who took evidence during January and February this year and published four reports on their deliberations on 14 March 2014.
