Transport Scotland's proposals for major junction improvements at a notorious congestion hot-spot in Aberdeen have now reached a critical stage.
Draft Road and Compulsory Purchase Orders have been published for the scheme at the Haudagain Roundabout on the A90 in Aberdeen. The statutory six-week period for objections or representations closes on 7 August 2015, with further details available from the Transport Scotland website.

The improvements to the Haudagain Roundabout are a key element of the Strategic Development Plan's Action Programme, with construction due to start when the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route is complete (late 2017) and is expected to take two years.
